AMBEHA Studio (operated by Individual Entrepreneur ASKHAB TSAKAEV, Identification Number: 305857935, Georgia) ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile application Glint (the "App").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
1. Information Collection and Use
We collect information to provide a better experience for all our users.
Personal Data
"Personal Data" is any information that can be used to identify you. We collect:

Nickname: A self-chosen or auto-generated name displayed on public leaderboards.

Country Code: Derived from your device/network settings (e.g., "GE", "US") to facilitate national rankings.

Unique Identifiers: We use Firebase Installation IDs and Anonymous Authentication UIDs to associate your scores and progress with your device without requiring a formal account registration.
Usage and Technical Data
Our servers and third-party tools automatically collect:

Device Information: Hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

Game Performance: Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics) and performance metrics.
•
In-Game Activity: High scores, milestones reached, and interaction with advertisements.
2. Third-Party Services and Analytics
To provide essential game functions, we integrate with the following Google services:

Google Play Services: Used for core App functionality.

Cloud Firestore: Used to store and sync leaderboard data.
3. Advertising and Opt-Out
We show ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your settings and consent, these ads may be personalized based on your usage data and advertising identifier.

iOS: When you first launch the App, you will see an App Tracking Transparency prompt asking whether the App may track you. If you allow it, AdMob may use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) to show personalized ads. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Android: You can opt out of interest-based advertising or reset your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads("Opt out of Ads Personalization").
4. Data Storage and Retention
Your leaderboard data (nickname, score, country) is stored in Google Cloud Firestore.

Retention: We retain this data as long as the leaderboard remains active.

Security: We use industry-standard security measures provided by Google Cloud to protect your data.
5. Your Data Rights (GDPR and CCPA Compliance)
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

Access/Portability: You can request a copy of the data we have about your device/progress.
•
Correction/Deletion: You can request that we delete your high score or change your nickname.
•
Data Deletion Requests: To request the deletion of your leaderboard data, please contact us at info@ambehastudio.com with your in-game nickname or Recovery ID. We will process your request within 30 days.
6. International Data Transfer
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, or country where the data protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
7. Children's Privacy
Glint does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
